Learning Initiative
Along with my duties in public service, I run a free mentorship program for candidates preparing for UPSC and other competitive examinations.
My belief is that providing guidance is also a form of service. When youth step in the right direction, they not only move towards personal development, but also stay away from many addictions and social evils. A conscious and patriotism-inspired youth never takes the path of crime and does not harm anyone.
The purpose of this program is also the same—to give youth the opportunity to share knowledge, solve their doubts and gradually remind them that with the right direction, continuous effort and self-confidence, their dreams can come true. This initiative is also connected to the social aspect of policing, as it guides youth power in a positive direction. My effort is just that someone's journey can be helped a little and their path can be made a little easier.
जनसेवा के अपने कर्तव्यों के साथ-साथ, मैं यूपीएससी और अन्य प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी कर रहे उम्मीदवारों के लिए एक निःशुल्क मार्गदर्शन कार्यक्रम संचालित करता हूँ।
मेरा यह विश्वास है कि मार्गदर्शन देना भी सेवा का एक रूप है। जब युवा सही दिशा में कदम रखते हैं, तो वे न केवल व्यक्तिगत विकास की ओर बढ़ते हैं, बल्कि कई व्यसनों और सामाजिक बुराइयों से भी दूर रहते हैं। एक जागरूक और देशभक्ति से प्रेरित युवा कभी अपराध की राह नहीं अपनाता और किसी का नुकसान नहीं करता।
इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य भी यही है—युवाओं को ज्ञान साझा करने का अवसर देना, उनकी शंकाओं का समाधान करना और उन्हें धीरे-धीरे यह याद दिलाना कि सही दिशा, लगातार प्रयास और आत्मविश्वास से उनके सपने सच हो सकते हैं। यह पहल पुलिसिंग के सामाजिक पक्ष से भी जुड़ी है, क्योंकि यह युवा शक्ति को सकारात्मक दिशा में मार्गदर्शित करती है। मेरी कोशिश बस इतनी है कि किसी की यात्रा में थोड़ी मदद हो सके और उनका मार्ग थोड़ा आसान बनाया जा सके।

I share my experiences through online sessions and digital content—the journey from medical college to becoming IPS, from the challenges of small villages and towns to large-scale responsibilities. My purpose is to provide guidance to youth, especially from rural areas, in preparing for competitive examinations with the right direction, confidence and clear purpose.
This initiative is not like any coaching institute, but a platform for guidance—a place where students learn how to think for the exam, how to develop good habits, how to read exam-focused best content, and always stay connected with the bigger goal of public service.
मैं ऑनलाइन सत्रों और डिजिटल कंटेंट के माध्यम से अपने अनुभव साझा करता हूँ—मेडिकल कॉलेज से आईपीएस बनने तक की यात्रा, छोटे गाँव और कस्बों की चुनौतियों से लेकर बड़े स्तर की जिम्मेदारियों तक। मेरा उद्देश्य विशेष रूप से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के युवाओं को सही दिशा, आत्मविश्वास और स्पष्ट उद्देश्य के साथ प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी में मार्गदर्शन देना है।
यह पहल किसी कोचिंग संस्थान जैसी नहीं है, बल्कि एक मार्गदर्शन का मंच है—एक ऐसी जगह जहाँ छात्र सीखें कि परीक्षा के लिए कैसे सोचना है, अच्छी आदतें कैसे विकसित करनी हैं, परीक्षाकेंद्रित सर्वोत्तम कंटेंट को कैसे पढ़ना है, और साथ ही जनसेवा के बड़े लक्ष्य से हमेशा जुड़े रहना है।
