Engagement
I engage in dialogue with students on platforms related to police academies, universities, medical colleges and competitive exam preparation. Based on my experiences in field policing, policy-related work and youth guidance, I try to share a practical perspective on public service and leadership.
My sessions are mainly focused on topics related to cybercrime and digital security, health and mental well-being, constitutional values in governance and competitive exam preparation, whose purpose is to reduce the gap between theory and practice.
My belief is that when youth move forward with clear thinking, right direction and sensitive vision, they not only empower themselves, but also contribute to giving positive direction to society and the nation.
मैं पुलिस अकादमियों, विश्वविद्यालयों, मेडिकल कॉलेजों तथा प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी से जुड़े मंचों पर छात्रों के साथ संवाद करता हूँ। फील्ड पुलिसिंग, नीति से जुड़े कार्यों और युवा मार्गदर्शन के अनुभवों के आधार पर मैं जनसेवा और नेतृत्व पर एक व्यवहारिक दृष्टि साझा करने का प्रयास करता हूँ।
मेरे सत्र प्रायः साइबर अपराध एवं डिजिटल सुरक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और मानसिक कल्याण, शासन में संवैधानिक मूल्य तथा प्रतियोगी परीक्षा तैयारी से जुड़े विषयों पर केंद्रित रहते हैं, जिनका उद्देश्य सिद्धांत और व्यवहार के बीच की दूरी को कम करना है।
मेरा विश्वास है कि जब युवा स्पष्ट सोच, सही दिशा और संवेदनशील दृष्टि के साथ आगे बढ़ते हैं, तो न केवल वे स्वयं सशक्त होते हैं, बल्कि समाज और राष्ट्र को भी सकारात्मक दिशा देने में योगदान देते हैं।

These priorities reflect the different dimensions of my journey—as a doctor, an IPS officer, a mentor, and a lifelong student of systems and people. Whether it is dialogue with youth, training of officers, or institutional capacity building—my work is always inspired by fairness, accountability and compassion.
ये प्राथमिकताएँ मेरी यात्रा के विभिन्न आयामों को दर्शाती हैं—एक डॉक्टर, एक आईपीएस अधिकारी, एक मार्गदर्शक और व्यवस्थाओं तथा लोगों का आजीवन विद्यार्थी होने के नाते। चाहे युवाओं से संवाद हो, अधिकारियों का प्रशिक्षण हो, या संस्थागत क्षमता निर्माण—मेरा कार्य हमेशा निष्पक्षता, जवाबदेही और करुणा से प्रेरित रहता है।
